WARRANTY

PARTS WARRANTY • All Balls Racing Group (ABRG) guarantees any goods supplied by ABRG will be defect free (material and workmanship) under normal use and service for ONE YEAR. • Limited Lifetime Warranty additionally covers items listed below. • CV boots are excluded from any warranty after installation. EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY • ABRG warrants to ABRG customers that any good supplied by ABRG shall be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of purchase. • This express limited warranty does not apply where there has been a failure of goods due to alteration, repair, misuse, improper installation, neglect or accident. • ABRG product may not be used in a racing application. • If any part or product sold or distributed by is covered by any manufacturer’s warranty or any other separate or independent warranty supported by the part or products distributor or licensor/licensee, then that warranty shall be the sole and exclusive warranty for the part or product — neither ABRG Express Limited Warranty, Limited Lifetime Warranty, nor any other ABRG Warranty shall apply. • ABRG will reimburse its direct customer for the reasonable charges incurred in replacing any goods sold by ABRG, if the item is found to be defective. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY • The Express Limited Warranty is extended to a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the following products. Specific exclusions or requirements to the Limited Lifetime Warranty for the below items are denoted by **. • Pivot Works Kits ** Only kits purchased after 1/1/2012 • All Balls Racing Replacement Starters for Harley Davidson Motorcycles ** #4 gauge battery cables must be used for warranty coverage • All Balls Racing Electronic Fuel Pump and Fuel Pump Rebuild Kit ** Methanol or any fuel containing greater than 10% ethanol will void the warranty • Supersprox Rear Sprocket ** Must be purchased with qualified Supersprox Chain & Sprocket kit with Supersprox chain, RK or D.I.D sealed link chain directly from Supersprox or an authorized dealer ** Supersprox Kit Certificate required ** 55, 60 and 70 tooth size sprockets excluded CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIMITATION OR REMEDIES • The ABRG customer is responsible for all transportation costs associated with the examination, inspection, repair or replacement of defective goods. • Damages will not exceed purchase price (not including tax) for what was paid for the goods.

EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES • Except as provided above, ABRG makes no other express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited, to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. • Verbal statements about goods by sales personnel or representatives do not constitute warranties and are not part of ABRG Warranties. EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES • ABRG shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages that the consumer alleges that his/her equipment may have suffered as a result of the purchase and/or use of ABRG goods. • This exclusion of liability for incidental and consequential damages includes, but is not limited to, claims for lost profits, any costs or expenses for labor, transportation or other expenses incurred by reason of the use of sale of any defective goods. • Warranties give specific legal rights, and other rights may vary by state, as some states do not allow the exclusion of warranties and incidental or consequential damages, or limitations of remedies. PRODUCT LIABILITY • All ABRG products are automatically covered by a comprehensive liability policy for both bodily injury and property damage. CLAIM PROCESS • If a ABRG customer believes they have purchased defective goods from ABRG as described, they should notify ABRG via phone, email or fax, fully informing ABRG of why the goods are believed to be defective. • The original receipt or invoice must be provided as proof of purchase. • ABRG will either request a return of the defective goods to ABRG for inspection or will rely on the information provided to determine if the goods are defective as described above. • If any item is proven to be defective, ABRG, at its option, will repair or replace the defective product, refund the purchase price excluding sales tax, or issue a customer account credit toward the purchase of future items. FORCE MAJEURE • ABRG shall be under no obligation to perform any contract when performance is prevented by fire, strike, labor dispute, war, embargo, transportation delay or failure, material shortages, supplier default, government intervention or act of God, or for any other cause beyond the control of ABRG.

RETURNS

All Balls Racing Group (ABRG) guarantees satisfaction with the quality of all parts! If you need to return an item, it’s as easy as 1-2-3. 1. Give the ABRG Customer Service team a call at 515-402-8000 to receive a return authorization number (RA#) for the specific item(s) discussed. 2. Package the items in a mailing box/container, including the RA# on the outside of the package. Don’t write or mark on the parts box. 3. Send the item back! Return authorization numbers are valid for 30 days for the specific items reviewed with ABRG Customer Service. The return authorization number must be included with the returned part and noted on the return shipping packaging. Returned items that have been unused and are in the original, undamaged packaging will incur a 20% processing.

All returned items should be mailed using a shipping box/container with the shipping information attached to the shipping package. No shipping labels or writing should be made directly on the original part packaging. Obsolete items cannot be returned at any time. No processing fee is charged for warranty claims, defective items or due to ABRG shipping errors (if reported within 30 days). Damaged items should be immediately reported to ABRG Customer Service at 515-402-8000 and noted as “Damaged” when signing for the delivery. It is recommended that packages should be opened and contents inspected prior to signing delivery acceptance with carriers, so carrier damage can be noted when signing for accepted receipt. Keep the original carton and damaged merchan- dise for inspection. Shipping damages and order shortages must be claimed within 30 days of the invoice.
