* Proof of residency required upon payment. Admission fee entitles patrons to use the 50M pool and children’s wading pool, and one session in the Family Pool. Call (954) 747-4636 for height restrictions for waterslide.
Due to ongoing maintenance improvements the Aquatics Complex will be intermittently closed until December 2026.
CITY OF SUNRISE – GROUP ONLY SWIM LESSONS - WEEKDAYS *FREE TO SUNRISE RESIDENTS ONLY Group lessons consist of up to eight free 30-minute classes, limited to 1 session a year/child, on a first- come/first served basis. Additional lessons available for a fee at the Sunrise Civic Center. NO make-up lessons due to inclement weather. City of Sunrise paid private lessons from May - June are available below in green. *Registration April 7th. Registration accepted in-person at the Sunrise Civic Center 10:00 am - 7:00 pm. Do not mail or fax registrations. Copy of birth certificate & parent/guardian driver’s license and current utility bill for proof of Sunrise residency required.
LIFEGUARD & WATER SAFETY INSTRUCTOR SCHOLARSHIP
This scholarship helps cover the cost for Broward County residents ages 15 and older to become an American Red Cross Certified Lifeguard and/or water safety instructor.
