MSM Contracts Ltd was appointed by Agnew Group to deliver a new purpose- built, flagship VW and Škoda car showroom on Belfast’s Boucher Road. The Group is investing £5.1m following its appointment as the sole Škoda representative in the Greater Belfast area under a new combined Volkswagen and Škoda dealership model. Representing a first for the wider Volkswagen Group network, the new dual-brand format will operate at Agnew Group’s locations on Boucher Road and Mallusk Way, Newtownabbey. Each site features a split showroom layout, with Volkswagen vehicles displayed on the right-hand side and Škoda models on the left. Enhanced customer facilities and aftersales services are housed centrally, while the Boucher Road site includes over 250 vehicle display spaces. Key responsibilities included designing and installing the physical structure, layout and aesthetic elements of the
new dealership to ensure alignment with brand guidelines for creating a modern and welcoming environment for customers. MSM Contracts also completed state- of-the-art lighting and audiovisual systems, and interactive digital displays for customers to explore models and configurations. Agnew’s internal IT team implemented advanced security systems, including surveillance cameras, access controls and fire safety measures, to ensure the protection of the showroom and vehicles. High-end sales technology including POS systems, tablets for staff and CRM integration were provided to streamline customer interactions and sales processes. Robust IT infrastructure was installed, featuring high-speed internet and secure servers to support showroom operations.
