Specialist joinery was additionally supplied and installed for the dealership’s WC cubicles and integrated plumbing system. Ross Beattie, Senior Contract Manager, says, “This project showcases the variety of items CRB can deliver, from kitchen cabinetry to washroom furniture to bespoke solid surface items. “The only notable challenge was the significant lead time of some of the finishes chosen. We provided samples of comparable products with lesser lead times which were accepted by the design team. This allowed us to meet the project completion without any issues.” Close collaboration with the team at MSM Contracts Ltd ensured CRB was able to supply and fit its products on time and budget. “CRB has developed a good working relationship with MSM over the last couple of years and we look forward to continuing that into 2026,” says Ross.

D&D Flooring was appointed to supply and install a range of flooring solutions at the new dual-brand dealership in its first partnership with MSM Contracts. The Belfast-based business installed all soft flooring for the project, including vinyl inlays within ceramic tiles and carpet tiles throughout the first-floor office area and staircases, as well as Bolon vinyl on the walls of meeting booths.
