The seller is selling a 50% shareholding in a company that owns a farm portion of 641 hectares. The sale will be a sale of shareholding and includes both lodges, all movable items such as furniture, vehicles and one can take over the going concern with staff. The other 50% shareholder has his own private lodge and is not commercial, using the property only for a few weeks per annum. The company is a member of the Makalali private nature reserve.
