Introduction A New Era of Faith and Speed
The Movement of Rise Up Racing (RUR) is the Faith And Speed Together (FAST) collective in Southern New England, where automotive attraction, faith, and community collide.
Vision & Mission
Our Mission We transform
Our Vision We intend to build a high-performance community where technical passion fuels spiritual depth, creating a movement that mentors the heart, serves the region, and reclaims car culture for the Kingdom.
motorsports culture at the intersection of faith and speed, inspiring enthusiasts to become more Christlike.
Ministry & Motorsports The automotive enthusiast market is a multi-billion dollar lifestyle sector driven by high-engagement physical events and massive digital media consumption. However, traditional car culture is increasingly challenged by perceptions of being exclusionary, vanity-focused, and lacking a deeper sense of belonging. Simultaneously, the faith-based industry is shifting toward "niche ministries" that engage people through shared interests rather than institutional settings. The Community Gap
The Intersection: A Purpose-Driven Niche Rise Up Racing (RUR) operates at the unique intersection of these two industries, transforming automotive passion into a mission field. By integrating "Faith and Speed," RUR solves the community isolation problem with a "Bold Witness" model that provides spiritual purpose to technical passion.
THE FAST ADVANTAGE: SCALABILITY & MONETIZATION RUR leverages a sophisticated, dual-model business structure to lead this emerging niche in Southern New England and beyond: The Content Collective: A "Hub-and-Spoke" model utilizing 10–20 Brand Ambassadors to generate high-volume, organic content, drastically reducing the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Diverse Revenue Streams: Total revenue target supported by a dual-retail operations engine – 0 to SXTY Coffee and merchandise.
Platform Monetization: A tiered profit-sharing system for partners and "Riders" that accelerates platform readiness for national sponsorships and independently sponsored car shows.
THE 3M Way
Merchandise (The Resource Engine) Our lifestyle clothing brand and O TO SXTY Coffee merchandise serves as the "fuel" for Rise Up Racing’s operations. Revenue from these streams is dedicated to offset event infrastructure, logistics, and scaling our physical presence costs. This fuels the organization, ensuring that product sales directly benefit the community experience and event quality. Media (The Acceleration Hub) Hub-and-Spoke Content Strategy Media is our digital megaphone. We utilize a hub-and-spoke collective content strategy: The Hub: High-production flagship content (Zerto To 60 Podcast, Giveback Garage, Upshift, & the Stance). The Spokes: A collective of influencer partnerships and niche content channels that drive traffic back to the center. This model is designed to accelerate platform monetization, turning digital engagement into a recurring revenue stream that further offsets operational costs and broadens the reach of the Gospel. Ministry (The Mission Finish Line) Discipleship, Evangelism, and Presence Ministry is the ultimate output of the 3M cycle. This is where the President’s Philanthropic Salary produces ROI. By securing dedicated leadership funding through a separate philanthropic endeavor, we ensure the President is 100% focused on the "human" work: one-on-one mentorship, spiritual leadership at meets, and Gospel-centered community building.

Overview The "mission field" for young adults has shifted. Traditional methods often struggle to reach the "automotive subculture"—a massive, unchurched demographic of young enthusiasts who value community, identity, and high-octane passion. Rise Up Racing is launching the OCCUPY NE campaign to bridge this gap, reclaiming local spaces for the Gospel by meeting the culture exactly where it is. FAST Fridays! FAST Fridays isn’t just a car show; it’s a high-visibility, faith-based outreach event designed to create a "Holy Huddle" in the middle of the culture. We provide a safe, organized, and professional environment for enthusiasts to gather, while keeping the message of Christ at the center. Excellence in Operation: Leveraging best practices and professional event management to ensure a seamless experience for the host venue. Curated Atmosphere: A family-friendly, high-energy environment that removes the "church threshold" barrier for young men and women. Live Ministry through Music: We feature performing Christian artists—from hip-hop to contemporary—to provide a high-production "vibe" that resonates with the culture while delivering a powerful, lyrical message of hope and faith.
Why Partner with Rise Up Racing? By hosting a FAST Friday event at your campus, your church gains a turnkey outreach platform that accomplishes three strategic goals: 1. Direct Community Impact: Bring hundreds of local residents—many of whom have never stepped foot on your property—directly to your front door. 2.Young Adult Mobilization: This is a "boots-on-the-ground" ministry opportunity. Your young adult ministry won’t just be attending; they will be the onsite ministry team, engaging in peer-to-peer evangelism and hospitality. 3. Bridge to Discipleship: We don't just want a one-night event. We use the excitement of the car scene to funnel participants into your church community. The Opportunity for Your Church We are looking for regional "Hub Churches" to serve as strategic anchors for the OCCUPY NE campaign. You Provide: The pavement (parking lot) and a willing team of young adult volunteers. We Provide: Event insurance, marketing and influencer outreach, professional logistics, and the "Rise Up" ministry framework. Next Steps The car culture in New England is ready for something deeper than just a meet-up. They are looking for purpose. Let’s discuss how we can transform your parking lot into a mission field this season.
A New Season, A Singular Focus
For years, I have lived at the intersection of two worlds: a deep, personal passion for automotive culture and an unwavering calling to serve the Kingdom of God. I have seen firsthand that the car scene is more than just chrome and horsepower—it is a massive, global community of people looking for belonging, identity, and purpose. Yet, it is a mission field that remains largely unreached. In 2025, Rise Up Racing was a vision fueled by "after-hours" effort. We saw incredible momentum with events like the Kanc Kickoff and OCCUPY NE, proving that there is a hunger for a space where faith and car culture coexist. But to move from a series of events to a sustainable, culture-shifting movement, it requires more than part-time attention. It requires a dedicated engine. Founding President & CEO That is why I am stepping into a new role ...
Partnering for the High-Speed Mission Field This isn't just a career change; it’s a commitment to be on the ground daily—mentoring young enthusiasts, building strategic media hubs, and ensuring that Rise Up Racing has the operational excellence to last for decades. I see this mission as an extension of the local church’s reach, crossing the threshold into a car culture that is often overlooked but deeply in need of the Gospel. The 3M Strategy (Merchandise, Media, and Ministry) is our roadmap for sustainability. While our business ventures fuel the logistical engine of our operations, the "soul" of this mission—the deep discipleship and the boots-on-the-ground leadership— relies on a different kind of fuel: a fellowship of Kingdom partners who recognize the car scene as a legitimate mission field. I am inviting you and your church to join my "Pit Crew." To facilitate this mission full-time with the focus and excellence it requires, I have set a net salary target of $125,000. By partnering to support this position, you aren't just funding a salary; you are equipping a missionary to go "full throttle" into a subculture that is ready for revival. Your investment allows me to bridge the gap between the parking lot and the pew, bringing the unchurched into the fold of the local church.
With gratitude,
The President’s Role
The Engine of the Mission Why Dedicated Leadership? Restoring a community requires more than events; it requires presence. To reach the thousands of enthusiasts across New England, Rise Up Racing needs a full-time leader at the helm—someone to cultivate relationships, build strategic partnerships, and provide spiritual oversight. As Founding President, Skip’s role is the "Spark Plug" that ignites three primary areas of impact:
Spiritual Mentorship & Restoration
The "Garage Chaplain": Providing one-on-one discipleship and spiritual counseling to enthusiasts who may never step foot in a traditional church. Small Group Leadership: Overseeing garage-based Bible studies, creating safe spaces for deep, life-changing conversations. Crisis Response: Being "on-call" for a community that often faces high-pressure environments, offering hope and the grace of God in moments of need.
Strategic Oversight: The Media & Merch Hub
Directing the "3M" Ecosystem: Managing the hub-and-spoke media strategy to ensure our message of restoration reaches the widest possible audience. Platform Monetization: Scaling our digital content and R&G Coffee startup to ensure the operational sustainability of the organization. Partnership Development: Building bridges with sponsors like Central44 and local shops to turn commercial spaces into mission fields.
Visionary Leadership & Growth
C12 & Peer Excellence: Engaging in high-level leadership development (C12) to ensure Rise Up Racing is run with the highest standards of operational excellence. Event Architecture: Designing and executing mission-critical gatherings like OCCUPY NE and FAST Fridays, ensuring every event is an opportunity for Gospel impact. Philanthropic Stewardship: Managing the resources entrusted to us with transparency and strategic focus.
The 3 Pillars
Kingdom Stewardship We believe in a "Lean" approach to ministry where every dollar has a specific, high-impact destination. Our financial structure is built on three distinct pillars to ensure that Rise Up Racing isn't just a moment, but a movement with long-term stability.
The Foundation (The Pit Crew)
We believe the body of believers should sustain the worker. By aiming for a broad base of $100/month partners, we ensure the $125,000 annual salary is a community-backed endeavor. This "crowdfunded" missionary model provides the stability needed for me to go "full throttle" into the mission field without being distracted by administrative lack.
Operational Stability
The 3M Engine
Once the core salary support is met, or through specific mid-tier giving, funds are directed toward scaling our infrastructure. This ensures Rise Up Racing has the professional-grade equipment, liability insurance, and media presence required to maintain a seat at the table with the world’s most elite automotive brands, reclaiming that space for the Kingdom.
Our Merchandise, Media, and Ministry roadmap creates a cycle of sustainability. Revenue generated from Rise Up Racing merchandise and media content is reinvested directly into event production. This keeps our outreach high-quality, "Lean," and professional, ensuring that the excellence of our presentation matches the excellence of the Gospel.
