Eric Baum, Managing Director, Resource Real Estate Funding, Inc. Baum is a Managing Director of Resource Real Estate Funding based in Philadelphia, PA and New York, NY. Eric is responsible for the origination, underwriting and closing efforts for near stabilized/transitional properties located across the United States. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate Funding in April of 2013, Eric was a Managing Director at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors/CW Capital in NYC, where he focused on nationwide loan origination and investment sales.
