Eric Baum, Managing Director, Resource Real Estate Funding, Inc. Baum is a Managing Director of Resource Real Estate Funding based in Philadelphia, PA and New York, NY. Eric is responsible for the origination, underwriting and closing efforts for near stabilized/transitional properties located across the United States.
