Eric Baum, Managing Director, Resource Real Estate Funding, Inc. Baum is a Managing Director of Resource Real Estate Funding based in Philadelphia, PA and New York, NY. Eric is responsible for the origination, underwriting and closing efforts for near stabilized/transitional properties located across the United States. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate Funding in April of 2013, Eric was a Managing Director at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors/CW Capital in NYC, where he focused on nationwide loan origination and investment sales. Andrew Benioff, Founder, Managing Partner, Llenrock Group Benioff is a principal with Linden Lane Capital Partners, LLC, as well as the Founder and Managing Partner of Llenrock Group, LLC, a real estate investment banking and advisory firm. He previously served as managing partner and head of the hospitality and leisure finance group at a Philadelphia-based real estate investment-banking company. In less than three years, he helped increase the firm’s yearly transaction volume from $200M to more than $800M while also leading an extensive restructuring and rebranding of the firm. Don Brenneman, SVP, Alex Brown Realty Brenneman serves as an Acquisitions Officer and focuses his efforts on identifying new investment opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern regions of the United States. Hen joined ABR in 2000 and previously served the firm as an Asset Manager. Brenneman re- ceived an MS in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and a BA in Burkhardt serves as a Senior VP in the Acquisition Group of CenterSquare Investment Management. Burkhardt brings 12 years of experience in real estate principal investing. Prior to joining CenterSquare, he served as a Director of Blackpoint Partners, where he led evaluation, underwrit- ing, and execution of prospective acquisitions. Previously, Burkhardt was a VP at D.E. Shaw & Co., a multi-strategy hedge fund based in New York. Robert Fahey, Executive VP, CBRE/ Capital Markets Fahey joined CBRE, Inc. in 2004. Robert is an Executive Vice President within the Capital Markets | Institutional Properties team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has over 25 years experience in commercial real estate specializing in the sale of investment properties for institutional clients and real estate developers, as well as advisory services for corporate clients. Robert’s success has been recognized by CBRE, as he has received the Colbert Coldwell Circle Award (top 3% nationally) for numerous years, has been a member of the firm’s prestigious Chairman’s Club multiple times Howard Grossman, Senior Counsel, Cozen O’Connor Howard Grossman is a nationally recognized real estate attorney, who has been representing developers, operators, investors and lenders in their most complex real estate transactions for more than 30 years. He has notably broad experience, handling everything from ground-up development to acquisition and disposition of existing properties. In his current practice, Howard focuses on structuring sophisticated joint venture agreements and guiding development of urban mixed-use projects. Seth Mackler, Executive VP, Real Estate Finance, Firstrust Bank Mackler is a Senior Vice President and Team Leader at Firstrust Bank where he leads the Commercial Real Estate Finance Department. Prior to his tenure at Firstrust Bank, Seth was a Vice President and Team Leader for Commerce Bank and headed their Pennsylvania Real Estate Finance Group. Prior to Commerce Bank, Seth was employed by Summit Bank and its pre- decessor, Prime Bank, in their Commercial Real Estate Lending Division. Michael Margolis, Senior Managing Dir., Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Michael Margolis, CPA, joined the Philadelphia office of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as a senior managing director in 2012. Mr. Mar- golis brings nearly 30 years of experience representing institutional and private client owners in the Philadelphia market and throughout the Northeast, having closed more than $2.2 billion in investment sales transactions during his career. Reid McLay, Regional Dir. & AVP, John Hancock Real Estate Finance Group Reid McLay is the Mid-Atlantic Regional Director for John Hancock Real Estate Finance Group covering MD, DC, VA, WV, DE, PA and southern NJ. He has been with John Hancock for 25 years and has experience with most property types. His team currently focuses on originating long termmortgages for John Hancock’s General Account. Brian Morris, Principal, Linden Lane Structured Capital Morris is responsible for directing the activities of Linden Lane Structured Capital, including originating transactions and managing platform operations. He has more than 20 yrs. of real estate and financial services experience, closing over $1 billion of real estate transactions across all parts of the capital stack. Prior to his most recent experience originating loans for a middle-market bridge lending platform and structuring complex loan modifications. Joel Naroff, President, Founder, Naroff Economic Advisors Naroff is the President and founder of Naroff Economic Advisors, a strategic economic consulting firm. He advises companies from a wide range of industries on the risks and opportunities that economic de- velopments may have on the organization’s operating environment. Randall joined PCCP in December 2009 and focuses on East Coast originations for the Firm. Prior to PCCP, Mr. Randall spent six years and invested over $1 billion in real estate debt and preferred equity positions within the Real Estate Private Equity group of Lehman Brothers. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Mr. Randall was a VP with Deutsche Bank, originating and underwriting mezzanine investments Relick serves as President of KCI Investment Company, overseeing all acquisitions, dispositions and new business developments for Kor- man Communities, and has over 29 years of experience in the real estate industry. Korman Communities is one of the largest owners and managers of multi-family properties in the region with a portfolio of over 26 properties, and total market capitalization in excess of $2 Billion. Jake Reiter, CEO, Verde Capital Verde Capital provides an array of capital products and services, to strategic partners, including Joint Venture GP and LP Equity, Preferred Equity, Hybrid Structures, and Mezzanine Debt. Verde Capital invests nationally with an emphasis on value creation or Core Plus acquisitions, development, equity recaps, distressed debt opportunities and a focus on non programmatic or customized capital solutions. Lacy Rice, Managing partner, Federal Capital Partners Rice manages the company’s for-sale and for-rent residential acquisitions. Rice has 23 years of experience in real estate investment and corpo- rate finance and serves on FCP’s Investment Committee. Prior to founding FCP, Mr. Rice was a Principal at The Carlyle Group. Gary Segal, Chief Financial Officer, AGM Property Management At AGM, Segal implements the latest technologies for tight control and centralized critical functions including collections, tenant screening, accounts payable and all accounting functions. Segal is also a co-owner and operator of multifamily real estate investments. He started with one portfolio of six townhomes in late 2008 and within two years grew to four portfolios with 175 rental units. Neil A.
