Marsh, Towson, and all major highways. It's perfectly lo- cated for access to absolutely anywhere," said Jonathan Leifer , chairman and founder of L3C. "The Alta's renova- tions are building upon the steady growth in the area and creating something great for the current audience. The $8 million renovation will completely update the individual apartments' kitch- ens, baths, and living areas with modern features that include stainless steel ap- pliances, granite counter- tops, updated cabinetry, glass tile backslashes, and in-unit washer dryers, among others. Renovations to the resident amenities include a rede- signed clubhouse, fitness cen- ter, and pool area to comple- ment the current playground and park-like grounds. "Every decision considered how it would benefit the resi- dent experience," said Dave Ferszt , senior vice president of Village Green. "We under- stand that each resident had a choice when considering their new home, and we take the fact that they chose a Vil- lage Green-managed property seriously. Through improved units, amenities, and service standards, residents are able to enjoy the best living experi- ence that the area has to offer." "The renaming and rebrand- ing of Fox Hall to the Alta Apartments aims to highlight the revitalization of the area’s housing stock and really em- phasize its renovations," said AntoinetteMarie Johnson, CEO of At Media, the branding com- pany working with the Alta. n
