The company, formerly head- quartered in Englewood will relocate to a newly renovated, class A space at Continental Plaza, 411 Hackensack Ave. in Hackensack, occupying 11,000 s/f in the building. With securi- ty and compliance as ClickPay’s top priorities, the new building surpasses what the company required. Having a bank and a Social Security office as a neighbor helped bolster the confidence the company had in the facility. “ClickPay’s new space in Hackensack will allow it to thrive in the technology sector, as the property’s layout and
amenities will facilitate the at- traction of top-quality industry talent,” said Morley. “Through- out the search process, the ex- perience that ClickPay sought to offer its employees remained top of mind.” As ClickPay has accelerated its customer growth, recently securing a number of high-pro- file clients it has also expanded its employee base through the addition of sales support, customer service, technical support, security and compli- ance, operations, accounting, implementation and marketing professionals. The company’s relocation to Continental Plaza
provides it with a modern, ful- ly-open layout that accommo- dates its expanded operations and facilitates collaboration between employees – a neces- sity in the technology space. In addition, the property features a roster of onsite amenities for employees, while remaining in a transportation-oriented loca- tion proximate to Manhattan. “We were provided with a range of suitable options in the area, but this space in Hacken- sack ultimately proved to be the ideal choice for our operations, as our goal was to have an open, and collaborative space with all teams able to communicate
very openly and clearly,” said Steven Van Praagh , presi- dent of ClickPay. “Our new headquarters sits on the ninth floor of the building – offering scenic views – while providing an open layout that accom- modates our unique business model and a number of sought- after amenities for employees.” ClickPay’s customer ser- vice, technical support, online payment services, data, ac- counting, billing and lockbox operations will be housed in this single headquarters loca- tion in Hackensack, while its sales and marketing teams will remain in the company’s New York City office. n Perseus Realty and Urban Pace sell out The Adamoin in DC Washington, DC — Per- seus Realty has sold all of the luxury condominiums at its latest residential develop- ment, The Adamo, in the d Adams Morgan neighborhood of DC. The building’s 8,000 s/f of St.-level retail space has been leased to the recently opened restaurant, Tail Up Goat, and the first East Coast location for San Francisco-based Philz Coffee. “We are excited about The Adamo’s sell-out, demonstrat- ing the appeal of this property’s spectacular location, design, and amenities,” said Urban Pace’s Matt Dewey . “In addi- tion to being one of the city’s pre- mier residences, The Adamo is destined to become the region’s next top dining destination. Tail Up Goat is the much-anticipated new concept from veterans of Komi and Little Serow, two of the city’s most highly rated and sought-after restaurants.” Designed by PGN Archi- tects , The Adamo enjoys a prominent corner location at the confluence of Calvert Rd., Ad- ams Mill Rd., and 18th St., with 360-degree views of the city. Alexandria, VA-based ADG has created a vibrant interior for The Adamo, combining new and different materials with timeless design. Inspired by the eclectic neighborhood, the lobby has an art gallery feel, including custom light fixtures and vibrant glass artwork by renowned local artist Mindy Weisel. Perseus named the develop- ment in memory of Mark Ada- mo , who served as the company’s senior VP of development. n
