The BEST RETAIL PROJECTS of 2015

Levin Management St. Georges Crossing Woodbridge, NJ

IMC Construction King of Prussia Mall Expansion King of Prussia, PA

Trammell Crow Company The Shops at Dakota Crossing Washington, DC

Size: 340,000 s/f As exclusive leasing and managing agent, Levin Management constructed a new 23,000 s/f, free-stand- ing T.J.Maxx store on an underutilized parcel of land adjacent to the original St. Georges Crossing site. The firm spearheaded the off-market land purchase, secured the T.J.Maxx lease and obtained site plan approval for the new building. This enabled the firm to bring another nationally recognized anchor tenant to the fully leased Middlesex County shopping center. The transaction un- derscores Levin’s ongoing effort to elevate and maxi- mize competitive positioning for its clients’ properties. T.J.Maxx opened its new location in September 2015.

Size: 155,000 s/f One of the largest retail spaces in America is about to get bigger. Simon Property Group has selected IMC as the construction manager for the King of Prussia Mall expansion located at 160 N. Gulph Rd., King of Prussia, Pennsylvania 19406. The project includes a 155,000 s/f elevated connector link between The Court and The Plaza, 60 – 70 new retailers, upscale dining pavilion, customer lounge, and a new parking deck. Multiple phases and detailed protection / logis- tics plans will allow the mall to remain open over the two year construction schedule. Construction will be complete in Fall 2016.

Size: 130,000 s/f (Phase 2 only) The Shops at Dakota Crossing project celebrated the completion and opening of a 130,000 s/f Lowe’s Home and Garden Center. The project’s $30 million second phase is now home to one of the largest retail operations in DC. Partners on the project were Fort Lincoln New Town Corp. and CSG Urban Partners. Shops at Dakota Crossing is a 430,000 s/f retail center. The project is anchored by several strong, na- tional retailers including Costco and Lowe’s.
