URL® Harborside will ultimately feature three towers comprising 2,358 residences.
Size: 71,171 s/f The Duffy School at 225 West Second Street, Florence, New Jersey, was built in the Spanish Colonial Re- vival style and opened in 1871. The MEND/ Conifer Realty team created 35 apartments for seniors in the origi- nal building and 18 more in an addition. The school was added to the National Regis- ter of Historic Places in 2015.
