Size: 73,000 s/f / 4-story Hollister delivered a new charter high school at 125 Sussex Avenue in Newark that focuses on performing and culinary arts, allowing students to choose college and career paths. The school provides students with access to state-of-the-art equipment, learning labo- ratories and stages. It features a dining facility, the largest commercial kitchen in Newark and a blackout theatre, which is available for use by the community. The school is equipped with classrooms, science, media and computer labs, a dance studio, production room and prop workshop. It also provides a unique opportunity for Newark residents, being the only char- ter high school in Newark that offers a curriculum tar- geting both culinary and performing arts.

the intersection of Route 42 and the Black Horse Pike in Gloucester Township. Holt, as the General Contractor for this endeavor, started construction in Mid July 2014 and successfully completed the project for the Grand Opening on August 13th, 2015. As Simon Premium Outlets values their tenants and tries to meet their needs, Holt Construction in turn, provided that same level of care to their client in executing these changes. As Holt Construction provided a “White Box” Finish at every tenant space, individual tenant contractors began their fit out work as early as 90 days prior to the Grand Opening.
