Size: 188,272 s/f Benchmark, RISE, and Lord Aeck Sargent Architects partnered together in the redevelopment of the student housing on Millersville University’s Campus. The col- laborative efforts of this team will work in unison to ful- ly develop a strategic plan phased over four years that will update the entire student housing on Millersville University’s Campus. In Phase 1, the 709 bed facility offers several unit types that range from semi-suites to full suites with both private and shared bedroom con- figurations. At 188,272 s/f, the community consists of two buildings; each with two wings which are centrally connected by an amenity center. The amenity center includes a 150-person Great Room, recreation rooms, community kitchen, and laundry rooms with adjacent lounges as well as central gathering lounge.

Size: 80,000 s/f Hollister transformed existing shell space into a state- of-the-art corporate headquarters for Langan, a nation- ally ranked global consulting firm. The contemporary office features an open floor plan with ample natural light and advanced communications technology. Amenities include a 26-person multi-purpose room, a dedicated executive area, conference rooms and col- laborative rooms. Staff has access to open work areas, meeting hubs and interview rooms, which facilitate both team discussions and private sessions. Located in a LEED Silver certified building, the new headquarters enhances the productivity of their staff, strengthens their internal collaboration and inspires greater technical innovation. The project was success- fully delivered, meeting the fast-track 16-week schedule.

Size: 150,000 s/f This senior living project is very unique. Adaptive reuse of a 35,000 s/f 100 year old former shoe factory building and 115,000 s/f of new construction form a 150,000 s/f senior living facility in downtown Ephrata at 100 North State Street.
