La nueva presentación buscó antes que nada acordar con los vecinos cuáles eran los problemas y a partir de ellos identificar las oportunidades del proyecto. Se les consultó en cuanto a las especies vegetales a preservar y zonas de intervención; ubicación de accesos; cierros y necesidades de seguridad; usos y nuevos programas. La superposición de puntos del diagnóstico evidenció que las intervenciones para la propuesta del parque-museo debían concentrarse en su borde norponiente, coincidente con la propuesta inicial de la oficina. Uno de los puntos que apareció más fuerte en la asamblea vecinal fue la voluntad de que la unión de Marcoleta con Barón Pierre de Coubertin adoptara la condición de boulevard peatonal. Esto se recoge integrando este segmento al circuito denominado Paseo de las Esculturas. The proposal submitted in the first stage of the competition was loaded with restrictions, problems and potential conflicts, but especially with the considerations and wishes of the San Borja community. The new presentation sought first of all to concur with the neighbors on which were the problems and from their study identify the opportunities for the project. They were consulted regarding the plant species to preserve, and the areas of intervention, location of entrances, enclosures and security requirements, as well as uses and new functions. The superposition of the diagnosis showed that the interventions for the proposal of the Park-Museum should be focused on its northwestern border, matching the initial proposal by the office. One of the strongest points that appeared in the neighborhood assembly was the request that the union of Marcoleta and Baron Pierre de Coubertin Streets should be a pedestrian boulevard. This was considered in the design integrating this segment to the circuit known as the Sculpture Boulevard.
