El hotel se inserta en el edificio de estacionamientos interviniendo parte de su superficie. En el 1 er piso, un hall de acceso de doble altura, locales comerciales, retail y zonas de servicios; los pisos -3 al 6 contemplan accesos y núcleos de circulación; en el piso 7 se construye un nuevo nivel con un Skylobby , centro de negocios, restaurante, terraza, salones de eventos y salas de reuniones más un estacionamiento y un acceso específico. En este nivel intermediario está también la administración del hotel. Las habitaciones se desarrollan del 8° al 17° piso, con un total de 205 habitaciones. En el piso 18 hay terraza, piscina y gimnasio. En la elevación norte se aprecia cómo los seis primeros pisos de estacionamientos son exógenos al hotel y su arquitectura se complementa con otro proyecto que contiene una envolvente compuesta por paneles de vidrio y lamas de madera aglomerada, que oculta los pisos de estacionamiento y, a su vez, protege y contiene la llegada peatonal al hall de acceso en el 1 er piso. El proyecto implementa soluciones sustentables, diseñadas de acuerdo a criterios de certificación LEED, tanto en sus especificaciones técnicas como en sus instalaciones de especialidades.
The hotel is placed over the parking building altering part of its surface. On the ground floor a double height entrance hall, retail shops and service areas; floors -3 to 6 contain entrances and circulation cores; the 7 th floor is a new level with Skylobby , business center, restaurant, terrace, event spaces and conference rooms plus parking and an exclusive access. The hotel management is also in this intermediate level. The rooms are placed from the 8 th to the 17 th floor, with a total of 205 rooms. A terrace, pool and gym occupy the 18 th floor. The north elevation reveals how the first six floors of parking are exogenous to the hotel. Its architectural expression is complemented by another design element, an envelope of glass panels and plywood slats, which hides the parking levels and also protects and contains the pedestrian access to the arrival hall on the ground floor. The project implements sustainable solutions, designed according to LEED certification criteria, both in their technical specifications and engineering installations.
