Gensler annually invests between 10 and 15 million dollars on research for new developments. In fact, it is considered that most of the concepts in interior design used today have emerged from this research, and what design firms do is work with Gensler and implement applications coming from these studies. For example, many American offices renovated their workspaces as a result of a Gensler study on the impact of space design on business results.
