Gayle Fleming seeks to impart a joyful expression of and appreciation for our bodies, our minds, and our innate ability to access our own inner awareness. This class is suitable for all ages and experience levels. YOGA FOR THE AGES We’ll work all major muscle groups with options for dumbells (or other weights), tubing, and sometimes body weight.

Wednesdays at 6:00 PM This is a physically challenging class for all levels. You will gain strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. Get ready to sweat! This class includes a warm-up, vinyasa flow then strength training with yoga poses followed by stretching, cooldown and relaxation. Saturdays at 8:30 AM YOGA FUSION (HYBRID) Mondays & Wednesdays at 8:30 AM The Wednesday class will incorporate the use of the stability ball! Gain core strength, balance and more! FOREVER FIT (HYBRID)
Thursdays at 4:30 PM (45 minutes) Work onbalance, flexibility, and light strengthening. It will be helpful to have a chair and a couple of light weights.
STEP UP CIRCUIT (IN PERSON)
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:30 AM A combination of Step aerobics, full-body toning, and Pilates! This class is offered in-studio only and is not available on Zoom.
