Todo el segundo nivel de la edificación está resuelto en madera, desde los entramados de entrepiso con vigas I JOIST para salvar grandes luces, hasta las tabiquerías y techumbre. La fenestración horizontal, con largos planos transparentes continuos enmarcados con planchas de acero a modo de visera, ratifican los volúmenes apaisados que configuran la vivienda, como el estacionamiento y el paso cubierto hacia la casa y las dos alas de dormitorios, todos tratando de liberarse del anclaje del suelo buscando una expresión de levedad, que no toca el cerro ni el terreno. The entire second level of the building is built of wood, including the mezzanine crossbeam structure with long spanning I Joist beams, partition walls and roofing. The horizontal fenestration, with long and continuous transparent planes framed with steel plate visors, reinforce the horizontal condition of the volumes that compose the design: the parking unit and the covered walkway to the house and the two bedroom wings, all trying to break free of the ground and aiming for a floating lightness over the hill and the plot.
