En los cuatro bordes del predio se proponen tres acciones: primero, establecer una clara y fuerte conexión visual y peatonal con el casino y Hotel Ruinas de Huanchaca; segundo, constituir un paseo a lo largo de la gran explanada transversal del parque, que conecte y dé orden al Campus de la UCN; y tercero, integrar al oriente del parque equipamiento social destinado a mejorar los barrios vecinos. The new heritage space should be understood as a work that organizes and structures the entire expansion area of the city of Antofagasta. Three actions are proposed on the four borders of the property: first, to establish a clear and strong visual and pedestrian connection to the casino and Hotel Ruinas de Huanchaca; second, to establish a promenade along the large transverse esplanade of the park that connects with and organizes the UCN Campus; and third, to integrate to the east of the park social facilities to improve the surrounding neighborhoods.
