LOCATION & GENERAL INFORMATION
The Buckley Farms are located just outside of Saint Catharine, MO to the east and approximately 6 miles east of Brookfield, MO, north of Hwy 36. The land is further described as being located in Sections 1 & 2, T57N- R19W, and Section 36, T58N-R19W, Yellow Creek Township, Linn County, Missouri. All tracts represent highly preferred whitetail deer and wild turkey habitat which makes for excellent hunting & recreation. A total of 279.52 CRP acres between the four tracts provide income and great habitat for all wildlife.
