The USVCC, Pro Football Hall of Fame, and a network of community partner organizations and volunteers will provide expertise to ensure event execution plan is manned, equipped, officiated and executed in accordance with national governing rules, regulations, and standards. Sport managers will ensure events and venues are well managed and events are executed in accordance with the plan for each of 13 sporting events; track, field, swimming, cycling, shooting, archery, powerlifting, indoor rowing, wheelchair basketball, sitting volleyball, wheelchair rugby, wheelchair tennis, and golf. REFEREES, SCOREKEEPERS, AND GAME OFFICIALS: Leveraging the prior Warrior Games experience of our partner REVTech, we will have a tablet based electronic timing and scoring. The following organizations will help to provide specialized adaptive sports expertise, equipment, referees, scorekeepers, game officials, and programs to maximize the professionalism of the Warrior Games competition: Adaptive Sports Program of Ohio: From archery to wheelchair track, ASPOs sports programs benefit athletes with a wide range of physical impairments and ages. ASPO provides the necessary adaptive equipment for each sport, eliminating the financial burden on participants. Lakeshore Foundation: Serves and advocates for people with disabilities. Their facility is also a training

site for the US Paralympic teams. US Military Academy West Point , Hofstra University , U niversity of Connecticut , National Football League VOLUNTEER COORDINATION:

We will solicit, register, train, assign, and organize all volunteers and volunteer logistics. The Hall, along with Visit Canton and the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce has a database of almost 5,000 volunteers to draw upon throughout the year to meet volunteer needs. USVCC has multiple veteran network partners including Vietnam Veterans of America, American Legion, and Knights of Columbus among others in Ohio. The USVCC with support from the Hall will meet monthly with Volunteer Chairpersons designated to oversee the specific areas of responsibilities for each event of the Warrior Games. Volunteers will be required to attend training meetings held before every event to review volunteers’ responsibilities. Guest safety is always the number one priority.
