PUBLIC RELATIONS & MARKETING The USVCC will leverage the Pro Football Hall of Fame's organic marketing capacity to promote and market the Warrior Games through PFHOF nationally recognized media partners at ESPN, NBC Sports, and the NFL Network; 14 hours of national television programming attracting over 20 million viewers per year with commercial inventory availability. Annual PFHOF social media impact: nearly 60 million impressions from Facebook, and Twitter social engagements over 3 million. The PFHOF has over 8 million followers across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. The PFHOF website a year over-year increase in engagement by 10%, currently serving nearly 5.5 million unique users. PRODUCTION, VIDEO DESIGN, AND DIGITAL MEDIA DISTRIBIUTION HOF Productions will provide live stream and broadcast with a minimum five camera coverage “pool” at each event, and a PFHOF “host broadcaster”. Content available for worldwide broadcast and streaming services, and pushed to video boards at event venues, hotel monitors, the DoD Warrior Games website and mobile application, and provided to the Defense Media Activity’s Defense Visual Information Distribution Service (DVIDS). HOF Productions will design, develop, produce, shoot and edit promotional video packages including athlete video vignettes describing each athlete’s journey to the Warrior Games and anthem videos to be used for pre-event activities, opening and closing ceremonies. Athletes will be highlighted in still photos, team and individual real-time statistic data, and data feeds to the Warrior Games Joint Operations Center and media centers. INTERNET TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium and the PFHOF museum each boasts independent powerful high- density Wi-Fi networks. Each network has a standalone one-gigabyte internet pipe for quality mobile experiences for both fans and media. These networks also support the IPTV system for everything from over the air broadcast feeds to live in-stadium content. Past Experience with Enshrinement Week has proven our ability to allow “I-staff” to set up remote work sites and media locations at various venues including hotels and Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium. The staff can partner with various vendors including Extreme Networks, Integration Partners, LSI Industries, PCM/Insight, the NFL. This year, USVCC brings REVTech (SDVOB), and their past experience supporting Warrior Games, to this lineup.
