ADMINISTRATION & LOGISTICS
PORTABLE POWER & COOLING MANAGEMENT All support provided by Ohio CAT, a veteran-friendly vendor and the exclusive provider of generators, HVAC, light towers, and heavy equipment to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Past experience with power and cooling needs on the Campus have been fine-tuned and are supported by a fleet of 35kW-500kW generators, 60 ton air conditioning units, 1.5 ton Spot Coolers, light towers, and other equipment needs. Ohio CAT also provides all cable, distribution gear, and electrical panel support. As they have done in the past for 14 years of Hall of Fame large-scale events, Ohio CAT will be involved in all pre-planning of our power management needs. FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE USVCC will coordinate breakfast meals at each of team lodging location, ensure access to a lunch meal near each competition venue, and provide dinner options at both the venue and at each lodging location. In addition, we will execute sponsored celebration meals. Hydration stations will be provided at each competition venue and Concession options will also be made available to spectators. Fisher House Foundation (Ken Fisher, USVCC Honorary Chair) and Green Beans Coffee (Jason Araghi, USVCC Board Member) will continue their tradition of providing an “Family Oasis” area for all Warrior Games competitions and their families compete with drinks and healthy snacks throughout the event. TRANSPORTATION We will secure vehicles, with volunteer drivers, to provide all transportation needs for participants in every event. All ADA-compliant transportation is equipped with integrated, self- storing wheelchair ramps or hydraulic lifts and will be capable of transporting special equipment. Volunteer drivers will be completely briefed and understand the final published schedule to facilitate not only safe transport, but knowledgeable assistance to all athletes, family members and official visitors. Transportation will operate continuously during scheduled event, with a contingent transportation pool available 24/7 for surge or emergent requirements, including peak times. During the week-long annual Enshrinement Festival, which attracts up to 700,000 visitors, the PFHOF has successfully organized, coordinated and implemented the transportation needs of all participants and visitors, with the same dedicated transportation team that will oversee the Warrior Games.
