REGISTRATION, CREDENTIALING, AND BADGING The USVCC will utilize the PFHOF credentialing partner, Sports Systems, for credentialing all Warrior Games personnel, staff, athletes, coaches, officials, distinguished visitors, family members, and caregivers in accordance with DoD protocols and provided standards. Sports Systems has a 5-year track record of credentialing Enshrinement Week Powered by Johnson Controls, the second-most credentialed event in the country outside of the Super Bowl. Sports Systems clients also include the NFL, USGA, NNCAA, College Football Playoff, U.S. Open Tennis, and the Kentucky Derby. Sports Systems will provide both onsite and pre-registration capability which will be available for access 180 days prior to the games. The pre-registration tools include an optional personalized media mobile app, barcoding and QR code capabilities, an online check-in tool for onsite credential pick up, photo uploads with auto-cropping to the event’s specifications, large group uploads with photos via Excel data upload feature and production of the actual credential on the admin side with the event/ organization’s fonts and artwork ready for printing from a custom PDF.Sports Systems’ processes simplify and streamline the entire registration/approval process, provide automated, personalized emails and an unlimited intuitive reporting capability. HOST MEDICAL SUPPORT Aultman Hospital Sports Medicine, under the direction of Jim Harris, will provide an Event Medical Director knowledgeable in local resources to work with the Government’s Warrior Games Chief Medical Officer to plan, staff and execute medical coverage and ambulatory care for athletes, families, distinguished visitors, staff and spectators for the Warrior Games, including training. They will also arrange for on-site prosthetic adjustment and repair services for the duration of the Warrior Games. All prosthetic repair and massage services will be provided to athletes free of charge. SECURITY The Hall adheres to NFL Security Best Practices for Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium along with areas adjacent to the stadium venue. The Pro Football Hall of Fame is proud to report that during Pro Football Hall of Enshrinement Festivals the safety record reflects only three arrests over the past six years. That success is attributed to successful working relationships and joint operations coordination with local fire and public safety agencies and the FBI. Security plans will include credentialing, road closures, emergency services, traffic management, pedestrian ingress and egress, emergency evacuation plans, first aid locations, weather monitoring, and other security best practices.
