The DSP in Jordan is called Ma’ Al Muzare’ – NARC and was implemented in close collaboration with the National Agricultural Research Centre (NARC). University students resilient agriculture in Jordan in the context of COVID-19", Jordan implemented five services: animal husbandry, crop calendar (currently including 47 crops), harvest and postharvest, AgriMarketPlace and an expert to farmer forum.
More than 2 082 downloads have been registered so far. An awareness campaign was conducted and funded by the 1 000 Digital Villages Initiative. four workshops involving researchers, university Farmer sessions students, the agroindustry community and farmers. Overall, 708 people (366 men and 342 women) were trained throughout Jordan on the use of the Ma’ Al Muzare’ – NARC mobile application.
