We provide health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, patient education, counseling, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses,and medical/school forms. We also manage and treat opioid addiction, alcohol/substance abuse treatment, BUPRENORPHINE, SUBOXONE, and VIVITROL.
Practitioners who will come to your doorstep and provide all your medical care from physical health examinations, follow ups, prescription refills, labs, and so on. We can provide healthcare to you at any place you call home ,and place of work etc.
