Community partner organizations included: ■ Bullock Foundation, Inc.: The Bullock Foundation, Inc. (aka Bullock Hope House) provides complimentary housing to the patient and their family/caregiver, receiving medical treatment. ■ Cobb Moms Helping Cobb: Cobb Moms Helping Cobb is a group that crowdfunds resources for families with children in Cobb County to help with basic needs. The group assists with housing, utilities, food, and other needs to support Cobb parents in providing stability for their family. ■ Covenant House Georgia: For more than 20 years, Covenant House Georgia has been the only agency in Metro Atlanta to provide a comprehensive suite of programs, services, and access to resources for youth and young adults ages 16-24 experiencing homelessness and escaping trafficking. ■ Harmony House Domestic Violence Shelter: Harmony House provides around-the-clock residential shelter and safety to domestic violence victims and their children. ■ MUST Ministries: MUST Ministries mission is to serve our neighbors in need, transforming lives and communities in response to Christ’s call. For 53 years, MUST has been a resource for struggling individuals who are experiencing poverty, homelessness or enduring other hardships. Today MUST’s comprehensive services not only address immediate basic needs for food, shelter, clothing and healthcare, but also provide the resources and training needed for employment and self-sufficiency. ■ North Fulton Community Charities: North Fulton Community Charities’ mission is to help ease hardship and foster financial stability in our community. We deliver services through five key program areas: Assistance Services, SmartChoice Food Pantry, Clothing Choice, Education and Workforce Development, and Seasonal Programs. ■ North Fulton Improvement Network: The North Fulton Improvement Network is a think tank made up of community leaders from a variety of sectors, including business, nonprofit, faith, government, and citizens. These leaders address the widespread, yet still little-known housing crisis across the region. ■ The Center for Family Resources: The CFR aims to end childhood homelessness by serving and empowering families through prevention, crisis intervention, housing support, education, and compassionate care management. ■ The Drake House: The Drake House mission is to empower women and their children experiencing homelessness to achieve economic independence and long-term stability. ■ The Extension: The Extension, Inc. is a semi-independent residential, CARF- accredited, THOR-approved, ASAM Level 3.1 substance use disorder treatment program for individuals, aged 25 and older. The organization has an 80-bed campus for men and a 24-bed campus for women. ■ Urban League of Greater Atlanta: The Urban League of Greater Atlanta is a dedicated, person-to-person organization invested in the economic success of African Americans, coaching them to a better life.
