Rosemary is a solicitor of the Courts of England andWales. Before joining Vannin, Rosemarywas a Senior Associate in the Litigation department at Allen&Overy LLP in London, where she trained and qualified. While at Allen&Overy, Rosemary spent time on secondment at the Court of Appeal as Judicial Assistant to Lord Justice Dyson (now Lord Dyson) and at TUI Travel Plc. Rosemary has experience in awide range of corporate and financial disputes both in England and internationally, acting for large corporations, banks and other financial institutions. She has extensive experience inmanaging complex cross jurisdictional disputes and advising clients in relation to the range of issues that arise in connectionwith them including jurisdiction challenges, questions of governing law, disclosure and costs. Rosemary has particular expertise in disputes involving breaches of competition law, acting for clients both as claimant and defendant, as well as acting for clients in associated regulatory investigations by the Office of Fair Trading and the European Commission. Rosemary has written articles and given presentations on awide range of subjects with particular focus on litigation arising frombreaches of competition and contract lawand was involved in Allen&Overy’s submissions in respect of various consultations including the Jackson Review on costs, the European Commission’s Green andWhite Papers about Private Damages Actions in competition lawand the European Commission’s consultation about collective actions.

Keith is a Dispute Resolution partner in Clyde&Co’s Dubai office. He has worked in Dubai since joining the firm’sMENA offices from the London office in 2007, where he hadworked since 2002. Keith handles awide range of commercial dispute resolution work, including shareholder disputes, banking and investments, enforcement, professional services, insurance, commodities and general commercial litigation. He has a particular focus on litigation in the DIFC Courts. Keith also heads Clyde&Co’sMiddle East Debt Recovery team. He has experience of handling dispute resolution through court litigation (DIFC Courts, English Courts, UAE Courts and Cayman Islands Courts), arbitration andmediation, both in London and in the UAE, including arbitration under the rules of the DIFC-LCIA, enforcement issues in the UAE. He recently acted for the claimants in the first successful enforcement of a foreign arbitration award in the Dubai Courts under the New York Convention (a case that went to the Dubai Court of Cassation) and the first successful recognition and enforcement case of a Dubai-seated arbitration award in the DIFC Courts. He is a lecturer on the DIFC Courts “Introduction to DIFC Courts’ Procedures Certificate” course. ICC, LCIA and DIAC, and in the Dubai World Tribunal.
