In palsy and death Jesus shows this same power to heal, and even the blind see and th e dumb speak. Jesus calls His twelve disciples and sends them fo rth to heal and preach am id shame and persecution. Knowledge of th e F a th e r is revealed unto babes, and to the meek and lowly, while men wonder and cities perish. Law fully and quietly Jesus does His work, according to Isaiah, am id blas­ phemy, unbelief, and increasing sin. Mysteries of th e kingdom ta u g h t in seven g reat parables. N ight in th e h ea rt of Jesus, in th e d esert, on th e mountain and on th e sea. Out of th e h ea rt come the things th a t defile; out of Israel Jesus honors faith ; out of th e seven loaves th e m ultitudes are fed. P e te r confesses Jesus to be th e Son of God and Jesus tells of His coming death. Quaint scene on th e Mount as Jesus is transfigured before them. Rules for promotion in th e kingdom, for settling difficulties and for th e for­ giveness of sins. Suffering divorce only because of h ard ­ ness of h e a rt; suffering th e children to come; and suffering th e loss of all things. The laborers and the vineyard, and th e request of th e mother of th e sons of Zebedee. Upon an ass Jesus rides into Jerusalem and heals. He teaches th e parables of th e two sons, th e vineyard, th e hus­ bandmen and th e only son. Voiceless men. The man w ithout th e wedding garm ent, th e Pharisees and Herodians, th e Sadducees, the lawyer and all others are silenced by th e wis­ dom of Jesus. Woes for scribes, Pharisees, hypocrites and for Jerusalem .
