Compliments and Positive Service Feedback

We received 143 compliments and positive feedback from patients, staff, and stakeholders in the 2022/23 period. These figures are higher than the 2021/22 period and reflects the organisational growth of clinical services during this time. The high volume of compliments and positive service feedback from January to February 2023 were demonstrative of the number of Winter Pressure services which were being delivered during that period.
