There were many very positive comments about the staff ’s experience of working at NNPC, some of which are illustrated below:
“Our commitment to patients comes first – we want to do a good job”
“ My colleagues support me, and I feel they are friends”
“I am proud to work at NNPC”
“ It is so good to find a non- toxic, friendly working environment”
Our Conclusions
The staff feedback is important for the Senior Management Team, Line Managers, and the Organisation. We have learned that generally our workplace is a happy and rewarding place to be. The teams are working together well, and they respect each other, and work hard to provide services for the benefit of patients and our client practices. The staff have told us that communication could be better, and we know that this is an area where we can improve. We frequently talk about the best and varied ways to communicate with them, our client practices, and patients. We are open to ideas for improvement and will strive to put measures in place to increase staff satisfaction in this area. The feedback from this survey is critically important to our organisation’s Senior Management Team, so we can work with the staff to make our shared working environment better and even more conducive to enablement of staff as they progress.
