NNPC Annual Quality Account 2022-2023 Final v1

Comments about working at NNPC.

There were many very positive comments about your experience of working at NNPC, some of which are illustrated below:

“ RAIS has been a fantastic service to work within thank you”.

“ There is always someone to help, I have been very supported in my locum role, and it is a pleasure to work for NNPC”

“Thank you to all the staff and Mana gers at NNPC”.

“ I love working for NNPC - such a great organisation which puts patient care high on the list of priorities”.

“ Lack of training opportunities, appraisal and clinical supervision…….Would like to see more of this implemented over the next 12 months. Peer based clinical supervision i.e., 2 clinicians are working in EA at the same surgery….peers sit in with each other for 1 patient, supervise, clinically reflect and discuss”

“ Sometimes feel managers have absolutely no idea of the practice of some of its practitioners until a concern is raised, lack of oversight”

Our Conclusions

The staff ’s feedback is important for us and the organisation. We have learned that generally our workplace is a happy, supportive, and a rewarding place to be. The teams are working together well, and you respect each other where you work hard to provide services for patients and our client practices. We acknowledge that some of the questions were difficult for the ARRS staff to answer, as they mostly work in practices and may have varying support within the Practices where they work. However, the staff responses are valued and were passed on to the PCN Support Team in order to consider where improvements in support can be made.
