Equally, for many of the GPs and ANPs working in Enhanced Access and the GPFD this is not their main job. It is recognised that some of the questions relating to professional development may not seem applicable or relevant. However, it has given us valuable feedback on what it feels like to work in our services and will support consideration of the development of clinical staff support, supervision, education and training for the future. We will aim to be proactive in responding to and address the less positive aspects of both surveys during the 23/24 period, and we will celebrate and continue to strive to improve upon the more positive aspects.
