GEHLING JOINS CITY OF STEWARTVILLE

UMR ANNOUNCES UTTERBACK AS ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ADMISSION FOR EVENTS & CAMPUS VISITS The University of Minnesota Rochester announces Kate Utterback as their new Assistant Director of Admission for Events and Campus Visits. In this role, Kate will oversee campus tours, visit programs, and special events designed to help future students and their families explore everything UMR has to offer.

BARTELS ROTH JOINS SMIF AS LENDING DIRECTOR PARTNERSHIPS AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

With ten years of capacity building experience, most recently at a CDFI, she brings an understanding of organizational development and strategies to access capital in support of strategic growth for small business owners.

brings a background in insurance, operations, and advertising sales. In his role, Gehling will work closely with the EDA, Park Board, Historical Society, and other city departments. He looks forward to serving his hometown and supporting its continued growth as a great place to live, work, and raise a family.

HOISINGTON RECEIVES CENTRAL BARK FOUNDER'S AWARD

After more than two decades of dedicated leadership as an attorney and Executive Director of the Coalition for Rochester Area Housing, JoMarie Morris is retiring. Her tireless advocacy for affordable housing and commitment to social equity have made a lasting impact on the Rochester community. Congratulations, JoMarie, and thank you for everything you have given to this work.

Manuel Mendoza has recently been promoted to Operations Manager at Two Men and A Truck. Manuel started as a mover and worked his way into his new role. He has a lot of moving experience that will help succeed as he supervises all the movers and drivers. We are looking forward to seeing him flourish and help customers have a great experience moving with Two Men and A Truck.

Lenny Hoisington , owner of Central Bark Rochester, MN, received the first-ever Central Bark Founder’s Award at the company’s Annual Franchise Conference in Atlanta. The award recognizes franchise partners who exemplify the brand’s core values of passion, compassion, respect, and integrity in serving dogs, families, and their community.
