A CENTER FOR ALL OCCASIONS Un Centro para Eventos con la Familia Reservations are currently being taken from 3–12 months in advance. Hourly rates of $55–$120 according to event, room, time, and dates. The Burien Community Center Seahurst Room will accommodate up to 200 people and includes an on-site kitchenette. Four smaller meeting rooms can accommodate up to 60 people. For additional information or to inquire about rental dates please see below.
