Hi, As we approach Michelles 5th anniversary, we thought we might encourage our friends and family to take some exercise while remembering Shelly and Jean. We are hoping that if you walk/run/cycle between Saturday August 24th and Sunday, September 1st, you might remember the girls. It matters a lot to us that we keep their memory's alive and this is one of the ways we can do this. Make sure that you log whatever exercise you do on Strava so that we can see you taking part. This year, it seems we indulged in an inordinate amount of coffee and cakes as we walked. Chocolate made a grand appearance, with cream cakes not far behind, adding a delicious touch to our journey. Lush pictures were shared and it would seem eaten! T h e cakes.

DEAR FRIENDS, As we finish up our Challenge, where we have Remembered Jean & Michelle, we want to thank everyone for taking part. If you joined our Group, donated to our GoFundMe, walked, cycled, did weight training, or whatever activity was your favourite, we are so grateful that you took part in our little event where we keep the Girl's memory alive. Thanks for the fantastic photos which were taken in many corners of the world. We hope to have a compilation of the pics in a booklet form later this week. A special mention to Colm for the longest single activity - 200 km cycle ride 😵💫 , to Perry who was the champion walker 🚶 ➡️ , and to Fiona in Chicago who despite being in recovery following serious surgery, took part, as she always has done 💗 . Thanks to Mike and Natalie for the banter which made us laugh. Thanks to everyone, it means so much. See you all again next year 🤞 - Declan & Ger xx -
