APC— All Plywood Construction
This option is available on most cabinets. It changes the cabinet to all plywood construction with plywood shelves, tops and bottoms. See below for specific construction details. It is important to note for Brilliant and Regal that APC will NOT be available on cabinets that are standard Finished Interior or are ordered Finished Interior using Modifications due to the Brilliant and Regal Door Collections’ materials . Certain options, such as Finished Matching End, are available in conjunction with the APC option, yet the finished end will be made using the Brilliant or Regal material chosen and will not be plywood. See the Modification chart for availability. 1. End Panels: ¾” Thick (Gray/Natural Maple/ White) laminated interior and exterior plywood, coordinated front edge banded to reflect exterior (front) finish. Specify finished ends for all exposed end panels. All end panels will be vertically grained. 2. Back: 3 ⁄ 16 ” Thick printed MDF (Gray/Natural Maple/ White). Hanging Rails are concealed behind the back at the top and bottom of the cabinet interior and are ¾” x 4” plywood. 3. Tops & Bottoms: ¾” Thick (Gray/Natural Maple/ White) laminated plywood, with coordinated front edge banded to reflect exterior (front) finish 4. Front rails: ¾” x 4” laminated plywood. Coordinated front edge banded to reflect exterior (front) finish 5. Toe Kick: ¾” x 4” H Laminated plywood. 3 3 ⁄8” D X 4 ½” H Toe Kick cut out. 6. Stretcher rails: ¾” x 4” laminated plywood 7. Shelves: ¾” Thick (Gray/Natural Maple/White) laminated two sides plywood adjustable full depth shelves, front edge banded to match cabinet interior. 8. Hinges: 6-way adjustable concealed clip on hinge with integrated soft close 9. Drawer Box: 5 ⁄ 8 ” Thick solid natural hardwood drawer sides, front and back with dovetail construction. Drawer Bottom: 3 ⁄ 16 ” Thick natural maple laminated plywood drawer bottom. Drawer Slides: Full extension undermount drawer slides featuring soft close. 10. Wall Mount Vanities contain internal hanging brackets which are attached to the end panels and back for securing to wall. For cabinets containing a center support, the 2½” wide support will be made from ¾” plywood that matches the exterior cabinet color.

DRAWER OPTIONS A. Deluxe Metal Drawer Box Option: A double walled, gray, contoured metal sided drawer. Drawer Bottom: Drawer bottoms and backs will be 5 / 8 ” (Gray/Natural Maple/ White) plywood. Drawer Slides: Full extension undermount drawer slides featuring soft close. B. Superior Metal Drawer Box Option: A gray ½” thick straight sided metal drawer sides. Drawer Bottom: Drawer bottoms and backs will be 5 ⁄ 8 ” (Gray/Natural Maple/White) plywood. Drawer Sides: Full extension undermount drawer slides featuring soft close.
