While a new corporate head- quarters is notable for Ameri- Health Caritas, it is also sig- nificant for Ellis Preserve. It the last office building to be built at the mixed-use prop- erty at Route 3 and Route 252. Equus began development of the 210-acre mixed-use com- munity 15 years ago and has steadily been completing its master plan to develop office, apartments, and retail at the property. Norwood Co. is the gen- eral contractor on the project, which was designed by Fran- cis Cauffman Architects .
