Atyaasaa Consulting Private Limited is a leading human resource Training, Coaching, Organization

Development and Business HR Consulting organization that strives to awaken human and

THREE MAJOR PILLARS

Atyaasaa has three major pillars - Training, Coaching and Consulting. The offerings of these business

lines are managed by the project management team, which functions as the backbone for operations.

The project management team works on the acclaimed ADDIE process (Analysis, Design,

Development, Implementation and Evaluation) to give effect to various customized training and

coaching solutions, OD interventions and HR consulting.

The project management team is responsible for all the client interfacing including need assessment,

follows up and smooths delivery of projects. This team in turn works in close co-ordination with

research and knowledge management team.

The research and knowledge management team is involved in in-depth research of the upcoming

trends in the market with regard to learning and development and HR consulting solutions. It

constantly strives to innovate the offerings to best suit its customers' needs.

Apart from secondary research this team also conducts a lot of internal research for the solutions

administered to various clients and stores it in the internal knowledge management system in form of

research papers, case studies, journals and newsletters.

Atyaasaa has an internal knowledge management repository of all the standard service products

developed till date along with all the research material. It has a well-equipped library of important

HR journals, books, magazines, DVDs, e-learning tools, diagnostic and psychometric tools and

simulations.

The support services team at Atyaasaa is composed of accountants, admin and house-keeping staff.

The support team is a cornerstone and aids in the smooth functioning of the three pillars of the

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

The workshop would be based on adult learning process and would entail various multimedia tools,

simulations, games, group activities and facilitator’s inputs.

 Water bottles, candies, writing pads and pencils for participants.

 The facilitation fee as stated above is inclusive of the design, development and delivery cost of the

programme.

 The above fee is for a batch size of (20) twenty participants per batch per training programme.

 Fee for additional participants per batch of training programme will be charged as follows:

 For up to 02 (two) additional participants per batch, extra fee will be charged on pro-rata

basis.  For additional participants beyond 02 (two) in number per batch, 02 (two) times the per

participant fee on pro-rata basis.

 GST as per the prevailing rate (currently @ 18.00 %) will be charged extra at actual.

 The timing of the programme will be 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or alternatively 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Cost of:

 Surveys, if required for OD interventions, will be charged extra.

 Third party assessment/psychometric/behavioural diagnostic tools will be charged extra.

 Individual assessment reports will be charged extra.

Certification will be charged extra.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 A formal purchase order should be generated in the name of “Atyaasaa Consulting Pvt. Ltd.” and

sent to us (07) seven days before the commencement of the programme.

 All the material either in print or electronic form used by Atyaasaa for training delivery viz.

power point slides, videos, simulations, games, group activities, case studies, caselets,

behavioural assessment and diagnostic tools, manuals, etc. is either proprietary for which

Atyaasaa owns the Intellectual Property Right or is licensed to Atyaasaa for use for training

purposes. Through this engagement the client neither receives nor enjoys any right on the same

for any purpose thereof.

Services

 The object of this contract is the fulfillment of the agreed services and not the achievement of a

specified commercial result.

 The scope, form, subject matter and aim of the training and consultancy services are described in

the offer and its related order confirmation.

Remuneration

 The order confirmation is definitive for the amount of the costs mentioned above.

 Should nothing to the contrary be agreed, the validity for the fees specified at the time of

awarding the order is limited to the end of financial year.

 The payment plan agreed in the order confirmation is definitive for Atyaasaa’s invoicing.

 All accounts receivable are due for payment in full within ten (10) days of the completion of the

programme. Any right to offset or retention with regard to due claims for payment is excluded.

 In case of late payment, Atyaasaa is entitled to calculate and charge interest for late payment.

Secondary Costs

Incidental expenses, if any will be charged extra to the clients account with prior approval.

Force Majeure

 During the unforeseen incidences like riots, strikes, lockouts, natural calamities, sudden

unforeseen circumstances, etc. the training can be rescheduled at the next convenient date for

both the parties with no extra cost to Atyaasaa.

 In case of illness of the proposed facilitator, Atyaasaa will provide with a substitute facilitator for

the same.

 Rescheduling of the training programme can be considered upon specific request from the client

based on mutual convenience.

Cancellation Policy

 Thirty (30) thirty days before the delivery date attracts no cancellation fee.

 Fifteen (15) fifteen days before the delivery date attracts twenty five (25) % of the total training

cost plus other incidental cancellation charges incurred at actual.

 Eight (08) days before the delivery date attracts fifty (50) % of the total training cost plus other

incidental cancellation charges incurred at actual.

 If cancelled any time within seven (07) days before the date of delivery, hundred (100) % of the

total training cost will be payable plus other incidental cancellation charges incurred at actual.

PROFILE OF RUSHIKESH RAJEDNRA

Rushikesh Rajendra is the CEO at Atyaasaa. He is an affable and

acclaimed management trainer with over 33 years of experience in HR,

operations, international business, law and training. He has held various

leadership positions in Government of India and in leading IT and

consulting organizations.

Having graduated in Physics in 1984, Rushikesh went on to complete his post-graduation in

Information Science in 1986 from the Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Rushikesh has delivered several transformational workshops, competency enhancement programmes

and behavioral interventions on interpersonal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, creating high

performance teams, women’s self-empowerment, retirement planning, supervisory development,

ethics, prevention of sexual harassment at workplace and life skills. These workshops have been

delivered to participants drawn from amongst workmen, supervisors, managers and the leadership

teams. Over the last 7 years, these workshops have been delivered to over 8,000 participants as both

indoor as well as outbound programmes through his unique capability of creating influence through

empathetic relationships with participants.

Rushikesh has this innate ability of connecting with people across cultures, tenure ship, experience

and position which results in break-through business outcomes. He has contributed in transforming

lives of classes and masses in the manufacturing, automobile, pharma, realty, telecom, agriculture,

supply chain, IT and education sectors both at the national as well as international level.

His keen interest, early initiation and deep understanding of the oriental knowledge related to human

mind and behaviour has helped him offer ingenious solutions to several individuals and

organizations. He has facilitated success with personal and professional change in individuals

through his soft spoken but affirmative approach.

Rushikesh is qualified and acclaimed expert on legal compliances related to both employees as well

as employers. This includes compliances to the relevant provisions of the labour laws, whistle-blower

laws and law related to Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (prevention, prohibition and

redressal). He is also a consultant and part of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of

organizations for Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) of Women at Workplace.
