PROFILE OF RUSHIKESH RAJEDNRA

Rushikesh Rajendra is the CEO at Atyaasaa. He is an affable and

acclaimed management trainer with over 33 years of experience in HR,

operations, international business, law and training. He has held various

leadership positions in Government of India and in leading IT and

consulting organizations.

Having graduated in Physics in 1984, Rushikesh went on to complete his post-graduation in

Information Science in 1986 from the Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Rushikesh has delivered several transformational workshops, competency enhancement programmes

and behavioral interventions on interpersonal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, creating high

performance teams, women’s self-empowerment, retirement planning, supervisory development,

ethics, prevention of sexual harassment at workplace and life skills. These workshops have been

delivered to participants drawn from amongst workmen, supervisors, managers and the leadership

teams. Over the last 7 years, these workshops have been delivered to over 8,000 participants as both

indoor as well as outbound programmes through his unique capability of creating influence through

empathetic relationships with participants.

Rushikesh has this innate ability of connecting with people across cultures, tenure ship, experience

and position which results in break-through business outcomes. He has contributed in transforming

lives of classes and masses in the manufacturing, automobile, pharma, realty, telecom, agriculture,

supply chain, IT and education sectors both at the national as well as international level.

His keen interest, early initiation and deep understanding of the oriental knowledge related to human

mind and behaviour has helped him offer ingenious solutions to several individuals and

organizations. He has facilitated success with personal and professional change in individuals

through his soft spoken but affirmative approach.

Rushikesh is qualified and acclaimed expert on legal compliances related to both employees as well

as employers. This includes compliances to the relevant provisions of the labour laws, whistle-blower

laws and law related to Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (prevention, prohibition and

redressal). He is also a consultant and part of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of

organizations for Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) of Women at Workplace.
