A small- group contemplative workshop series exploring attention, nervous system awareness, and embodied presence in everyday life. Through guided observa- tion, discussion, breath, stillness, listening practices, and light movement, participants explore how attention shifts, fragments, stabilizes, and returns. Designed for those seeking greater clarity, attentional resilience, and deep- er awareness without religious instruction or clinical framing. Summer workshops planned for late June and July 2026.
