CHERYL GANDER-SPAGNOLO Embodying Unity Consciousness What if instead of perceiving Unity Consciousness as a concept to understand and work towards, we actually embody the sensation, feeling and inner knowing of it in our daily lives? We are living at a time that has been prophesied by many indigenous peoples as well as biblical and ancient texts. A time when humanity is being pressed to rediscover and live from its true essence. Higher fre - quencies are flooding the planet affecting everything physically on and in the Earth. Quantum physics proves what the Gurus, mystics and ancient seekers all knew: Everything is energy. We as human beings are energy. Every physical aspect of us, as well as our unseen aspects are particles of light vibrating at various frequencies. This frequency is the vibration that affects everything around us. As we vibrate we attract similar vibrations into our field. Unity Con - sciousness is when we are vibrating at a frequency of Love, Uncondi - tional Love. This is the true source of who we are; and now is the time in the evolution of Humanity when we are being pressed to understand this and start living as the Spirit beings we are in a physical body. As energy beings, or Spirit beings having a human experience, we direct energy with our thoughts. Whatever we choose to focus on in- tensifies; and we can choose to use this energy consciously or uncon - sciously. It is time for the unconscious mind to connect with the con- scious mind and for us to live as conscious beings, knowing we are all connected energetically. Not just to know it, but to be it within our physical body. This is when Unity Consciousness comes alive as a vi - bration within our cells of our bodies, and sent out on energetic waves of light frequency. When we become conscious vibration, we attract matching vibra- tion. We choose where to place our thoughts; and where our thoughts go is what will be enlivened in our lives. We are actually in charge of that very vibration. When we become conscious of and know this with- in, we can use that knowledge to transcend and resolve any internal emotions not aligned with a vibration of Love. All vibrations emanate out to the world and connect with any similar energy to ignite them. Everything grows from the inside out in this universe; and so it is with our frequencies. As we soften our reaction to what we see in the world, people and situations soften in response. Energy flows where our thoughts go — we are all connected, no matter the distance. As we perceive that everything out there is providing us with a re - flection of what we need to heal within ourselves, we have something to work with. We can choose to find the area within to resolve the re - actions being triggered. In this way we become more aligned with the true inner knowing and being of Unity Consciousness. We become the hub of the wheel of true Unconditional Love, providing a stable force - field to hold all the spokes going outward in that same vibration. This affects everything. It requires dedication and commitment to be that vibration on a daily basis. Yet this is the foundation of all that human - ity currently requires. We are being pressed by outside circumstances as we are called to this challenge. All the great masters that came here showed us this. Their com - passion and Love emanated outward and was felt by all who entered into their presence. We can feel this today at sacred places around the globe. The frequency of these areas affects us, bringing us to a greater Love and offering us the vibration of Unity Consciousness. We can bring these vibrations back into our awareness and nurture them dai- ly. Doing so increases our ability to experience within our body true Unity Consciousness, and creates the world we wish to live in. Rev.
