Silk Painting for Beginners (Cold Batik) Get introduced to materials and silk painting techniques with gutta (resist). This class is suitable for all, whether experienced in painting or just introduced to it. Learn how to stretch the silk on the frame, transfer patterns, and apply gutta and dyes. Upon completion of the class, each student will be able to create their own scarf that can be used as part of their wardrobe or as a gift. Instructor: Marina Smelik

Flow Yoga A blending of Gentle, Vinyasa and Power Yoga routines accommodating all fitness levels. Perfect for those who want to add another evening of yoga into their routine. Grow your practice, strengthen your body, expand your heart, and free your mind. The postures will flow from one to the other through the power of breath. Instructor: Robert Sabsowitz

Adult Ballet, Beginning Designed for true beginners and will be focused on basic technique and positions. The class will initially focus on basic barre work and eventually progress into center work moving across the floor, learning to link steps together into combinations. This class is a great opportunity to work out while enjoying the movement of ballet. Join this wonderfully supportive community and learn why ballet is such a special way to exercise. Choir A welcoming singing group for people of all backgrounds. Throughout the session, we will work on several songs of various genres (choral, musical theatre, pop, etc.). Beginning with a brief getting-to-know you, vocal placement session, and introduction to our songs on the first day, we will focus on dynamics, blending, and breathing technique throughout the remaining classes. The session will culminate with a showing on Wednesday, March 20, where friends and family are invited to listen to

Adult Ballet, Intermediate/Advanced Join us during your lunch break to escape into the wonderful world of ballet. Class is ideal for dancers who have previous experience with ballet and are familiar with the terminology and basic technique, although beginners are welcome. We will focus on shaping the muscles and building strength and endurance while enjoying all ballet has to offer.
