Financial Aid Studying abroad is an investment in your future, and like any type of investment, it requires careful planning, consideration and commitment. From flight scholarships to federal financial aid and creative fundraising, funding is available to make your study abroad dreams a reality. Financial Aid Webster World Traveler Program Full-time undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at Webster University may qualify for airfare assistance through the Webster World Traveler Program when studying abroad on a Webster program. The award covers up to $1,000 for students attending year-long, semester or term programs and up to $500 for shorter programs. All students must be in good academic, social and financial standing with the university to qualify. Additional eligibility requirements include:

Webster students retain their federal, state and Webster University funding (with the exception of work-study funds) while studying abroad through a Webster program. Institutional and state aid is available for the fall and spring semesters only; summer students may be eligible for federal aid. The Office of Study Abroad advises all students to meet with a financial aid counselor as soon as a decision to study abroad has been made. WINS students are encouraged to check with the study abroad office and financial aid office at your home institution regarding available scholarship opportunities and to determine the type of aid that can be used for study abroad.
