Brandon Dodds | Prinoth Brandon grew up snowboarding in Minnesota on the rope tows of Buck, Hyland, and Troll. He moved to Tahoe in 1997 after high school to pursue a career in the ski industry. He has worked for sev- eral resorts such as Heavenly, Squaw Valley [Palisades Tahoe], Tam- arack, Perisher, Woodward Tahoe, and Sugar Bowl as lead builder and park manager. He’s worked with several resorts to help train terrain park operators and with Prinoth for the past several years doing operator training at Cutter’s Camp. He has also participated in a variety of special projects and park builds such as Stomping Grounds, X Games, and Ms. Superpark. bdon40@hotmail.com Ben Finn | Prinoth Ben has more than 20 years of experience in the ski industry, work- ing at resorts across the U.S., and around the world. His terrain park experience began in 2007 at Waterville Valley, N.H., where he cut pipe for three years before moving to Tahoe to work with Brandon Dodds and the team at Squaw Valley [Palisades Tahoe]. In 2011, he began an eight-year tenure at Perisher, Australia, working with Charles Beckinsale. In 2013, he became the lead park builder at Snowbasin, Utah. Ben has been with PRINOTH since 2016 and is now the demo & training manager for Prinoth North America. He is actively involved with World Cup alpine and freestyle projects and is part of Prinoth’s international product development team. ben.finn@prinoth.com Day Franzen | Kingvale Originally from the Mid-Atlantic, Day has worked in parks since the mid ‘90s. After seven years at Massanutten Resort in Virginia, he moved to the West Coast to work at Mt. High’s parks. He soon par- layed that into working for many East and West Coast resorts. Day currently owns and operates Kingvale Parks in Lake Tahoe, which provides a training venue for him to pursue his true calling as a pro- fessional snow tuber. Day also dabbles in the snack food industry, roasting peanuts and cashews for his side hustle called “Day’s Nuts.” Ask him for samples. dayfranzenktp@gmail.com Ken Gaitor | Snowshoe Gaitor grew up playing on the mountains of West Virginia and start- ed skating everything he could in 1985. In ‘97, he became Brighton’s [Utah] park manager, working there for six years. In ‘03, he moved back East and was Mount Snow’s freestyle terrain manager until 2009 when he moved back to West Virginia to become Snowshoe’s director of operations. Gaitor has since been promoted to VP of op- erations, a demanding role that forced him to pause his burgeoning career as a swimsuit model. Doug Graham | Prinoth Hailing from Jindabyne, Australia, Dougie has had an illustrious ca- reer spanning over two decades and multiple continents. A member of the power trio behind Perisher parks, Doug started out as a wee lad on the Main Range where he learned how to float an LMC 3700 across Perisher Creek and plow the trenches of Tube Town. Logging multiple back-to-back seasons at places like Palisades Tahoe, Can- yons, and Whistler Blackcomb, Doug honed his skills as an operator and became a proficient park builder, lending his talent to builds such as the Red Bull Cube Pipe, the Seventh Heaven Jump, and his favorite, a massive hip for Shred Bots that he built with Charles Beckinsale and Brandon Dodds amongst the mint bush at Blue Cow/Perisher. For the past few years, Doug has been getting dirty running an excavation business but still enjoys snowboarding with friends and helping to develop the next generation of park builders in Australia. digcivil@outlook.com Colin Hales | PistenBully Colin started his career with snowcats at Snowbird, Utah, in 1998. In 2000, he joined Bombardier and became the regional ser- vice manager for the Intermountain Region covering Utah, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. In 2009, he made the transition to Pis- tenBully and built the PNW Regional Office as the regional man - ager covering Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Antarctica. Colin has been supporting R&D with the PistenBully Engineering Group as the North American national product rep and was influen - tial in the creation of the ParkPro. chales@pistenbullyusa.com Elia Hamilton | Mohawk Industrial Elia started his career in 1998 as the terrain parks manager at Mount Snow, Vt. After moving on to oversee all terrain park operations with American Skiing Company, he returned to Mount Snow as Mountain Manager, and was instrumental in the development of Carinthia Parks. He then oversaw terrain parks, grooming operations, fleet management, and construction for Peak Resorts’ 17 properties. Elia has worked for Mohawk Industrial Werks and Industrial Werks Can- ada since 2020 as sales and support for PistenBully groomers. He has a secret crush on Martha Stewart, who inspired him to start a new hobby: knitting sweaters for his pet gerbils. eliah@mohawkindustrial.com Chris Hargrave | SNOW Operating Chris Hargrave is a long-time industry veteran who has been coach- ing at the highest levels, worked in resort operations in various roles, and helped develop learning and coaching in terrain parks.
