He has also worked in the ski industry managing en- vironmental, and health & safety programs and performing compli- ance-related consulting for ski areas. steven.lawlor@amwins.com Abigail Lewis | Arena Snowparks Gail has been bouncing around the resort roster since 2011, gaining insights in many different departments and roles from coaching to making snow, finally landing in the terrain park world in 2016. Since then, she’s travelled between resorts, summer and winter, building her knowledge and skills running crews, designing parks, wielding tools and everything in between. Joining the Arena Snowparks team in 2021, she has spent the last four seasons as their lead shaper at a large variety of events across the globe, ranging from board- er cross to stadium jumps and slopestyles all the way to rail jams and community banked slaloms. Her main focus in the industry is on building inclusion, diversity, and accessibility wherever possible through the creation of The Build Up, giving a helping hand at vari- ous ride/dig clinics, and taking part in roundtable discussions with fellow industry leaders. Abby@arenasnowparks.com Ben Listowich | Prinoth Ben began his grooming career at a young age on the slopes of Sugarloaf, Maine. Over the years, he honed his skills and expand- ed his experience, working in locations such as Montana and New Zealand. In addition to his hands-on experience, Ben holds an en- gineering degree, which has helped his technical approach with in- tegrating technology to assist terrain park operations. Since joining Prinoth, Ben has played an integral role managing Prinoth Connect for North America, blending field experience with engineering in - sight to advance technology-driven solutions in snow operations. Ben looks forward to sharing his knowledge with the next genera- tion of terrain park professionals at Cutter’s Camp—especially how technology can enhance creativity and efficiency in grooming and park building. benjamin.listowich@prinoth.com Adam Mahler | Trollhaugen Adam Mahler fell in love with snowboarding at age 14 and start- ed by working in virtually every department of his local ski area, Trollhaugen, Wis. He went on to earn his degree in welding and gained experience in construction, electrical, and led solar energy crews, while remaining a manager and designer of Trollhaugen’s terrain parks. In 2018, he joined Troll full-time as mountain man- ager. Anna Holgate | Mt. Hood Meadows Anna is a born and raised Oregonian who grew up on the coast. She migrated to the mountains about 15 years ago and have been liv- ing on Mt. Hood ever since. She started at Meadows as a front-line team member working in Communications in the 2010-11 season and have worked her way up to Marketing Director. In her spare time she loves snowboarding, golfing, fishing, hiking and hanging out with her husband and dog. anna.holgate@skihood.com Joshua “Yosh” Heydorn | Arizona Snowbowl Joshua Heydorn, known as Yosh, built a strong foundation in moun- tain operations over many years, notably shaping Arizona Snow- bowl’s terrain park program from the ground up and leading it for a decade. His expertise extends to significant capital projects; lever - aging his experience at Snowbowl, Yosh managed and contributed to the installation of five lifts in just nine years and large-scale snow - making projects across the United States and Canada. His capabili- ties further expanded through contributions to major build projects at Mammoth Mountain, including events like Snowboarder maga- zine’s Superpark 21, Holy Bowly, and High Performance Camps. This experience underscores that skill and knowledge can be cultivated in any environment. Today, Josh applies his comprehensive under- standing as the Risk Manager for Mountain Capital Partners. Corley Howard | Kirkwood Corley is currently the grooming and terrain parks manager for Kirk- wood, Calif. He is a 27-year snowcat specialist with 12 years as a senior project manager with Snow Park Technologies. Corley has 15 X Games under his belt as a course designer and builder and has been a part of countless global events and athlete projects. Krush Kulesza | Snowboy Productions Krush Kulesza is the owner and head honcho of Snowboy Produc- tions. Founded in 1997 and based on Bainbridge Island in Wash- ington State, Snowboy has led the reimagining of terrain park de- sign, event structure and inclusivity throughout the industry, with hundreds of successful events of all sizes across the globe, including Holy Bowly, The Projects, Halo-Halo, “It’s Tits!”, The Village, Mochiy - ori, Lowtide, and Days of Thunder. krush@snowboyproductions.com
