Fireside Chat The Fireside Chat brings together industry pros and special guests for an open conversation on career paths, growth, and reinvention in snow ops. Panelists will share stories of transition and the courage to pivot—pursuing new opportunities or reigniting passion for the work. Guest questions from pro snowboarders will spark dialogue around park design, safety, and athlete–builder collaboration. We’ll also check in live with Charles Beckinsale on the job site as he shares insights on leadership, mentorship, and innovative park builds. Grooming Demos Reps from PistenBully and PRINOTH will be on-hand to provide demos and answer questions about their latest machines.

Park Building Planning Session The goal of the week is to build a fully finished park and this session sets the foundation. We’ll outline the overall on-hill build strategy and introduce the coaches leading each zone. Each coach will provide a quick overview of their assigned area, explaining the type of park they plan to build. They’ll also cover key concepts like park flow, spacing, and construction basics.
