6. Click Let’s Get Started , then confirm your Tobacco Use and click Continue twice .
7. Click Manage or Enroll under the plans you wish to elect or waive coverage for. After making your selection, click Confirm and Continue.
8. Next, add or remove a dependent(s). Once you are done, click Save to return to the main screen.
9. Click Review and Sign once you have finished making your changes.
10. After reviewing your elections for accuracy, scroll down to the bottom of the screen, check the box next to " I Accept ” for the electronic signature and click Submit .
11. You will have the option to download, save and/or print a copy of your Benefits Confirmation page by clicking on the View 2025 Benefits Statement button.
