What I did: I answered phones to help customers pay their order balances and answer any questions. I helped put together paperwork for employee reviews. I took our total cost of products along with other expenses to determine retail price. I also took inventory of current products and took out discontinued products so the inventory was up-to-date. I helped organize and put together a sale of left-over products that were sold at a discounted price and also helped organize and put together the company golf outing. What I liked: I liked being with customers and helping them with the needs they had. I also enjoyed learning how the business operated and all the ins and outs that happen. I very much enjoyed learning about an industry that I knew almost nothing about and now have a deeper knowledge. Future Dream Job: My dream job is a sales and marketing position for a professional sports organization.
